We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

- Managing your information requests
- Managing your service bookings
- Managing your registration request on the platform as a business or affiliate

By providing us with your personal data, you warrant that it is truthful and undertake to notify us of any change that affects the purpose for which you provided it. Providing incorrect or incomplete data may cause economic damage for which you will be held liable to us or to any third party that may be harmed by such action.

Legal basis. Lawfulness

This privacy policy complies with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and Article 5 of Organic Law 15/99 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD).

The processing of your data is lawful as it is based on the performance of the contract established when you request a service through our platform, or on your consent when you contact us or request registration on our platform as a business or affiliate.

Consequences of not providing data

When we request your data, we mark with an asterisk those that are strictly necessary. You are not obliged to provide the requested data, but if you do not provide it, we may not be able to manage your information request, booking or registration on the platform.

Recipients of your personal data

When you book a service, we share some of your personal data with the company that provides that service. We only share the data that the company needs to deliver the service and to contact you regarding the booked service.

All the companies that offer services on our platform are subject to European legislation and are governed by the same data protection rules as MiReservaOnline. They therefore undertake to use your personal data solely for the purpose for which you have provided it.

To find out which company offers a specific service, you can consult the “Who we are” section, within the “More information” area, on the service page on MiReservaOnline.es. You will also be informed about the company that offers a service, once booked, in the confirmation voucher for your booking.

Your data will also be shared when necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship established and in the cases provided for by law. In some cases, your data may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies when legally required. Data relating to invoicing must, by law, be communicated to the Tax Authorities.

If you pay for a service using any of the payment methods offered by the platform and then cancel that payment in breach of the service cancellation policy, which you accepted when booking, MiReservaOnline will claim from the entity that processed the payment the amount indicated in the service cancellation policy. In that process, the financial institution may request from us, and we may provide, information about your identity and other data proving the service booked, its payment and use.

No international data transfers are envisaged. Should there be any, they will always be carried out for the purposes indicated above and with the safeguards required by European Union regulations. In this respect, data will only be transferred to entities based in the European Union, entities adhering to the EU-US Privacy Shield or equivalent agreements that guarantee that personal data is processed in a way that is equivalent to that established in the European Union.

About the security of your personal data

Protecting your personal data is a priority for us. That is why we implement the security measures we consider most appropriate to prevent your data from being accessible to unauthorised third parties. 

We only transfer your data when necessary for the purpose authorised by you. In such cases, we require the recipient of your data to process it with the same purpose and level of protection.

MiReservaOnline is present on several social media platforms. These social networks are independent from us and have their own terms, conditions and privacy policies. 

If you have an account on a social network and decide to follow us through it, our interaction within that network will be subject to its terms and conditions.

If you contact us via a social network to request information, we will process the data you provide in accordance with our Privacy policy for managing information requests.

About Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics services to obtain statistics. Therefore, when you browse our pages, Google will automatically receive certain data such as your IP address, browser, language or browser headers, among others.

Google adheres to the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement and is therefore obliged to process your personal data in accordance with a series of rules defined by the European Union.

Rights and complaints to the supervisory authority

In both cases you must include a copy of a document proving your identity.

You have the right to data portability, that is, to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; and even to have it sent to a new controller, if you so wish.

In addition, you may lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority, especially if you have not obtained satisfaction in exercising your rights.
