Use of the Website

The MiReservaOnline website is a technological platform that allows companies of various kinds to manage and promote their services according to the Software as a Service or SaaS model. Different companies offer their services through this Website and the user can obtain information about them and proceed to request them. AREA 25 may cease to provide the service without giving any notice to the user, without this entailing any legal obligation towards the user.


Users

Access to and/or use of this Website confers the status of user, who, from such access and/or use, accepts the general conditions described in this section.


Description of the services

MiReservaOnline offers companies a virtual space to promote their services and offers users the possibility of requesting them through this platform.

The user may check the availability of each service by selecting the day and group in which they are interested. Once selected and availability has been confirmed, the price of the service will be indicated, including taxes.

To proceed with the request for any of the services offered by the different companies, the user must be registered. If they are a new user, they must fill in the form with the requested data. Fields marked with an asterisk are compulsory. The user is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided. Once registered, they will receive their access password at the email address they have given us. If they are already a registered user, they must enter their email address and password. If they are already a registered user but have forgotten their password, they may request a new one by entering their email address.

If the user making the request is not the person who will enjoy the service and is requesting it on behalf of another person or group, they must provide the contact details of one of the persons who will enjoy the service.

To confirm the request, it is sometimes necessary to proceed with payment of the corresponding amount. In this case, payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

The website may offer the user only some of these payment methods depending on the service provider to be contracted, the amount to be paid, the user’s payment history, how far in advance the booking is made, etc.

Once your request has been confirmed, you will receive the service confirmation voucher by email, indicating the service contracted, the chosen group, the date, number of people and instructions regarding the service.

The user may contact the company providing the service through a messaging system included in MiReservaOnline.


Cancellations

The cancellation policy governing each service is described in the “More information” section of each service. Each of the companies providing the services applies its own cancellation conditions, so users are advised to consult them for each request they make.


Right of withdrawal

The services contracted through MiReservaOnline are exempt from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to the provisions of Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.


Third-party links

In the case of links to third-party sites, the user will then be governed by the General Conditions and Privacy Policy of the new site. AREA 25 shall not be liable for, nor have any legal obligation regarding, the use of such sites.


Exclusion of guarantees and liability

AREA 25 cannot guarantee 100% availability of MiReservaOnline, as technical problems of various kinds may arise that can interrupt the service. In this respect, AREA 25 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for the consequences of any possible lack of availability or technical problems with the system.

AREA 25 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any damages of any nature that may be caused, including but not limited to: lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having taken all necessary technological measures to prevent this.

Likewise, although efforts are made to keep the information up to date, AREA 25 cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information offered on this Website, which may be incomplete or contain errors.

AREA 25 provides users and companies providing services with a virtual space that allows users to contract the services offered by the companies.

AREA 25 is not the provider of the products and services offered through MiReservaOnline; it only intervenes by providing the platform through which operations between the user and the supplying company can be carried out.

The services that each company manages and promotes are the sole responsibility of that company. In the “More Information” section of each service page, the company providing the service is identified.

The companies that advertise their services through MiReservaOnline declare that they are legally authorised to provide such services.

All texts and images contained on the AREA 25 website are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without the written authorisation of their legal owners. The texts and images accompanying each service are provided by the company offering that service, and that company shall be liable for them in the event of any copyright claims.


Privacy

Legislation

These general conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in relation to them, both AREA 25 and the users submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts as stipulated by law.

AREA 25 may amend the “Legal notice / general conditions” section whenever it deems appropriate. The user must review its content on each visit, as it may be modified without prior notice. Likewise, the user declares that they understand and accept each and every one of the clauses contained in this document. It is the sole responsibility of the user to review the aforementioned terms.
