- NOTE: It is extremely important and mandatory that you send us full name and passports of ALL persons entering the Alhambra right after you make your reservation, max 72h prior to tour date. Without them, we cannot issue the ticket so admission would not be guaranteed.
- We suggest you to come to the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to departure time.
- Courtesy waiting time on designated stop will be maximum 15 minutes.
- Please, remind to check how the weather in Granada is going to be so you can choose appropriate clothing.

Requests for cancellation or modification must be made through a message from the booking page MiReservaOnline.es to record the date and time of the request.

Any cancelation made 24h before tour date implies a cancelation fee of 15€ per person in concept of Alhambra's ticket and management fees.

No amount will be refunded if the cancellation occurs in less than 24 hours before the activity or if there is a no show.
