To move around the city, you have 9 urban bus trips and one ride on the Granada City Tour (tourist train). The nine bus tickets and the train ride can only be used during the validity period of the cards. The route is available on the official Granada City Tour website. Access to the train is done using the QR code that will appear on the card.

VISIT TO THE ALHAMBRA (approximately 3 hours):
Start time: different available time slots to choose from (the company will reconfirm the start time depending on the available access schedule to the Nasrid Palaces on that day).
Languages: Spanish, English, French, German and Italian.
Meeting point: Polinario Café Bar (Avda. del Generalife s/n, next to the Alhambra ticket office). Once in front of the ticket office, go to your right and the guide will be waiting at the entrance of the bar.
Important: Please note that the tour may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances related to ticket availability, even though our cancellation rate is on average lower than 0.3% per year. Alhambra tickets are limited and may occasionally be unavailable for very specific reasons. We have a success rate of over 99% in obtaining them for our clients thanks to our full dedication and long experience. Rest assured that this happens very rarely and you are in good hands. The above information is only to explain how the Alhambra ticketing system works and all travel agencies follow the same procedure.

- Don’t forget to bring your original ID document on the day of the activity.
- The name, number, expiry date and issuing country of the passport or ID are required at the time of booking for all participants.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Dress code is casual.
- There is a storage area for baby strollers and a baby carrier will be provided (up to 12 kg).

- Travelers must have low/medium physical fitness.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation or changes must be made via a message sent from the booking page on MiReservaOnline.es so that there is a written record of the date and time of the request.
Cancellation of a booking, once confirmed, will incur the following charges for the customer:
– If cancellation of a confirmed booking is requested more than 90 days before the date of the visit, the cancellation will be free of charge and the full amount paid will be refunded.
– If the cancellation of a confirmed booking is requested between 89 and 15 days prior to the visit, a cancellation fee of €30 per person will be charged and the remainder will be refunded.
– No refund will be made to the customer if the cancellation is requested less than 15 days prior to the visit or if the customer fails to attend
In the event of cancellation by the agency, Granada Selected Tours undertakes solely to refund the amount corresponding to the service booked directly with the agency itself.
The agency shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for other services, bookings or additional expenses
that the customer has arranged on their own behalf or through third parties.
