VISIT TO THE ALHAMBRA (approximately 3 hours):

Start time: different available time slots to choose from (the company will reconfirm the start time depending on the available access schedule to the Nasrid Palaces on that day).
Languages: Spanish, English, French, German and Italian.

Meeting point: Polinario Café Bar (Avda. del Generalife s/n, next to the Alhambra ticket office). Once in front of the ticket office, go to your right and the guide will be waiting at the entrance of the bar.

Important: Please note that the tour may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances related to ticket availability, even though our cancellation rate is on average lower than 0.3% per year. Alhambra tickets are limited and may occasionally be unavailable for very specific reasons. We have a success rate of over 99% in obtaining them for our clients thanks to our full dedication and long experience. Rest assured that this happens very rarely and you are in good hands. The above information is only to explain how the Alhambra ticketing system works and all travel agencies follow the same procedure.

Additional information:
- Don’t forget to bring your original ID document on the day of the activity.
- The name, number, expiry date and issuing country of the passport or ID are required at the time of booking for all participants.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Dress code is casual.
- There is a storage area for baby strollers and a baby carrier will be provided (up to 12 kg).
- Assistance animals are allowed.
- There is public transportation nearby.
- Travelers must have low/medium physical fitness.
- You will have an official guide with you throughout the entire tour.
- From the moment the booking is made, no changes or cancellations are allowed. No refund will be provided.


GRANADA CARD TOURIST PASS:

Besides visiting the Alhambra, you can enjoy the advantages of the City Pass Card for two days:
- 1 ride on the Granada City Tour tourist train.
- 9 urban bus trips.

Entry to the Cathedral, Royal Chapel, Monastery of San Jerónimo, Monastery of La Cartuja, Casa de Zafra, Cuarto Real de Santo Domingo, Sacromonte Abbey, Casa de los Tiros Museum and the Science Park.

The company will provide the card on the day of the visit or send it to you by email.
