Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation or modification must be made via a message from the booking page on MiReservaOnline.es so that there is a written record of the date and time of the request.
If the cancellation is made by the company, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If the customer cancels the booking at least 72 hours before the tour, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
No refund will be given if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance, or if the customer does not show up.
