IMPORTANT:
- Due to internal regulations of the Reales Alcázares, each traveller must carry their official documentation physically and in hand to access the Palace in order to prove their identity.
- Photocopies will not be accepted.
- Photos of the document on your mobile phone are not accepted.
- If you are not in possession of your identity document, you will be denied access to the monument and you will not be able to enjoy your activity.
- Naturanda Turismo is not responsible if the traveller does not have his or her documentation on the day of the visit and will not refund the amount paid for the activity due to the omission or forgetfulness of his or her ID card.
- The tickets are nominative, so you will have to go to the visit with your original ID card.
- Students up to 25 years of age must present their original student ID card to the guide.
- Over 65s must present their ID card to the guide.
