Our visits are adapted to the taste and needs of the customer when our guides pay for a close and professional personal treatment.
Starting time: OUR GUIDED TOURS WILL BE ORGANIZED IN TWO SHIFTS: MORNING AND AFTERNOON. FOR ORGANIZATIONAL REASONS AND ON EXCEPTIONAL OCCASIONS, THE COMPANY MAY CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION FROM THE MORNING SHIFT TO THE AFTERNOON SHIFT. IN THIS CASE, YOU WILL BE INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE CHANGE.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification requests must be made through a message sent from the reservation page on MiReservaOnline.es, in order to have written proof of the date and time of the request.
- The amount paid will be refunded, minus €25 per person for tickets and management fees, if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the date of the visit.
- 50% of the amount paid will be refunded if the cancellation is made between 30 and 13 days before the date of the visit.
- No refund will be given if the cancellation is made 12 days or less before the date of the visit, or in case of no-show or late arrival at the meeting point. In such cases, the right to participate in the visit will be lost.
Important Notice
- TURIGRANADA DMC purchases Alhambra tickets through the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife, in accordance with the conditions published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA) dated January 22, 2020.
- Ticket purchases are subject to the conditions and availability of the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife, which requires tickets to be nominative at the time of purchase. Therefore, it is essential that customers correctly provide their ID or passport number when making the reservation, which must match the original identification document presented at the monument. Otherwise, access may be denied without the right to a refund.
- Ticket availability is subject to daily demand and may be modified or canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of TURIGRANADA DMC.
- If tickets are not available for the requested date, the amount paid will be refunded, as soon as such unavailability is confirmed.
