100% of the amount paid will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 5 calendar days before the service start time.
No amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the service start time.
No refund will be given for failure to attend the tour or event, arriving late, or being unable to access the tour because the required documentation has not been brought.
