Cancellation Policy

The cancellation or modification must be made with a cancellation request message in the booking webpage MiReservaOnline.es, in order to have a written record of the date and time of the request.

The cancelation of a booking which is already confirmed, up to 3 days before the date of the service, will be refund 100% of the price of the visit.

No refund will be made to the customer if the cancelation is within 3 days before the date of the service, or if the customer does not turn up those day.
