Our visit will begin with an explanation of the most important monument, the Alcazaba of Almeria, where our guide will tell you the story and make an introduction about the city. Then we recorded the streets of the historic center of the city to reach the Church of San Juan, the old Arab mosque.

After this tour we will make the first stop in a typical bar in the area where we will take a cover and our guide will explain the culture and gastronomy throughout the tour.

Once we have filled the stomach a bit we will continue our journey to the Cathedral Square where we can admire its beauty and know the history of the most important Cathedral in the city, as well as the Constitution Square where to know one of the most emblematic places from the city, the town hall. In this area we will make the second stop at another typical bar where you can taste another tapa and take strength to continue the visit.

We will pass through the Arab Cisterns and continue our journey to the nerve center of the city, Purchena Gate, the area where the great Arab wall that surrounded the city of Al-Mariyat arrives. and we will also pass through the Spanish Civil War Shelters. Near there we will taste a well-known and acclaimed liquor from Almeria, the "American" in the "Amalia kiosk", the best known and typical of Almeria.

To finish the route we will reach the central market, which belongs to the contemporary age and we will make the last stop at another bar to taste the last cover and stay with the best taste of the city that has been named Gastronomic Capital of Spain in the 2019 year.
