Excursion itinerary from Málaga:
- Luxury private transfer in a Mercedes S-Class or V-Class from the Port of Málaga to Granada (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes). English-speaking driver.

Please note that the tour could be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances related to ticket availability, although our cancellation rate is on average below 0.3% per year. Alhambra tickets are limited, and in some cases, they may not be available for very specific reasons. We maintain a success rate of over 99% in securing tickets for our clients thanks to our full dedication and long-standing experience. Rest assured that this situation is extremely rare and that you are in good hands. - Passport or ID details (name, number, expiry date, and country) are required at the time of booking for all participants.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation or changes must be made via a message sent from the booking page on MiReservaOnline.es so that there is a written record of the date and time of the request.
Cancellation of a booking, once confirmed, will incur the following charges for the customer:
– If cancellation of a confirmed booking is requested more than 90 days before the date of the visit, the cancellation will be free of charge and the full amount paid will be refunded.
– If the cancellation of a confirmed booking is requested between 89 and 15 days prior to the visit, a cancellation fee of €30 per person will be charged and the remainder will be refunded.
– No refund will be made to the customer if the cancellation is requested less than 15 days prior to the visit or if the customer fails to attend
In the event of cancellation by the agency, Granada Selected Tours undertakes solely to refund the amount corresponding to the service booked directly with the agency itself.
The agency shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for other services, bookings or additional expenses
that the customer has arranged on their own behalf or through third parties.
