Requests for cancellation or modification must be made via a message from the booking page on MiReservaOnline.es so that there is a written record of the date and time of the request.
100% of the amount paid will be refunded if the booking is canceled 72 hours or more in advance.
50% of the amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made 48 hours or more in advance.
No refund will be given if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance or if the customer does not show up on the day of the service.
