*If the minimum number of people required is not reached, the excursion may be modified and the company will contact the client to cancel or arrange another available date. In the event that the client chooses to cancel the excursion, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Any cancellation request must be made through a message from the reservation page on MiReservaOnline.es so that the date and time of the request is written.
If you cancel 48 hours prior to the event, you will receive the amoutn you paid minus 2€ which is a management fee.
There is no refund if you cancel less tan 48 hours before your visit.
Nor will any amount be refunded if the customer is delayed at the time of collection, thus losing the right to transport and visit.
