Cancellation or modification requests must be made through a message from the booking page on MiReservaOnline.es to ensure a written record of the date and time of the request.
To change the date or time of the service, you must contact the service provider directly. They will confirm whether the change is possible and inform you of any associated costs.
The cancellation fee for a confirmed booking depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made relative to the scheduled date and time of the service, as well as the selected rate:
If the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the cost of tickets and their management (€27.90 per person), which is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refund will be given if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service or if the customer does not show up.
