Meeting point: Map of the Alhambra located at the entrance of the Access Pavilion (Paseo del Generalife, 1F).
Note: The Alhambra may occasionally restrict the visitors' spaces of the monument, so the visit will be adapted if necessary.
Due to the strict policies of the Alhambra it is mandatory to carry the identity document. The person who does not carry it must leave the monument.
You must show up 10 minutes before the start of the visit. If you are not punctual, you may lose the right to visit the monument.
For reasons of conservation and restoration, the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra may occasionally restrict the visitors' spaces of the monument and modify the entrance schedule, so the visit will be adapted to the circumstances.
It is essential that once you pass through the main access control to the monument, keep your entrance in good condition since you will need it to access other spaces.
The use of strollers or baby seats in the monument, according to the regulations published in the BOJA on 09/26/2016, is prohibited. In case of taking it the Alhambra reserves the right not to let them access the monument. You can rent a baby carrier to access the Nasrid Palaces.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification requests should be made by sending a message through MiReservaOnline.es so it is registered correctly.
If the cancellation of a booking already confirmed occurs with 48 hours (or more) before the visit, will be charged 60% of the amount paid.
No refund will be made to the customer if the cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours before the visit or if the customer does not turn up.
