In 2002, the Gálvez-González family, whose main activity was the manufacture of bricks, identified an opportunity in the Extra Virgin Olive Oil market. They saw a small space to develop a new line of high quality olive oils, with the idea of not only offering a different product, but also of changing the way of perceiving this pure olive juice, which has been an integral part of Mediterranean culture for centuries and a distinctive element in Spanish cuisine.
Professionalism is fundamental in any sector and constitutes the fundamental pillar from which a company can embark on its path in the business world. This becomes even more important when it comes to a sector with the rich history and tradition that characterises the world of olive oil.
Even though we visited during a time where there was no harvesting, the lady that gave the tour was very informative and explained the whole process. She was fun and eye opening when it came to the tasting of the oils and a whole new world has opened up to us. I am truly happy that we made the stop and took this tour. All the oils were delicious and they gained a fan!
