Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification requests must be made through a message from the booking page on MiReservaOnline.es so that the date and time of the request are properly recorded in writing.
If the reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours before the event, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the event or if the client does not show up.
