Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation or changes must be made via a message sent from the booking page on MiReservaOnline.es so that there is a written record of the date and time of the request.
If the cancellation is made more than 15 calendar days in advance of the event date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover administration costs and the cost of blocking the date in the calendar.
No refund will be given if the cancellation is made within 15 days of the scheduled date, or if the customer fails to attend the event.
