Start time:

- Without transport: Cabo de Gata Village Car Park. See on Google Maps
- With transport: Departure from Almería, with pick-up from your accommodation in the city (please provide your accommodation details when making your booking).
Recommendations:
- Come ready to enjoy the experience.
- Wear comfortable sports clothing and footwear, and bring water, a hat, sunscreen, snacks, a towel and swimwear. We also recommend bringing snorkelling goggles in case swimming is possible.
- Please be punctual and arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Additional information:
The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the activity if weather conditions prevent the activity from taking place safely. A minimum group size of 4 adults is required. If the minimum group size is not reached, the customer will be offered the option to change the booking or receive a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted via a message from the booking page on MiReservaOnline.es, so that the date and time of the request are officially recorded in writing.
No refund will be issued in case of cancellation by the customer. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, whether the cancellation is initiated by the customer or by the company, the following options will be offered as a first solution:
- Rescheduling the activity for another available date.
- Exchanging the booking for another equivalent activity (if rescheduling is not possible).
Only if neither of the above options is viable, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued, but only in justified cases of force majeure (serious illness, accident, adverse weather conditions, legal restrictions, or any external and unforeseeable circumstance that makes it impossible to carry out the activity), or if the cancellation is made by the company.
