Preventive measures against Covid-19:
Since the very beginning Walk in Granada has worked hand in hand with its collaborators (guides, accommodation partners, restaurants, transfer companies…) so that all health services are guaranteed at all times.
These are the security measures that we have implemented in our services:
City guided tours or similar activities will not exceed 20 people per group. For active and nature tourism activities the groups will be up to a maximum of 30 people.
The safety distance of 1.5 meters between clients will be maintained whenever possible.
The use of a mask is mandatory for both guides and clients.
Hydroalcoholic gel will be provided to clients who request it.
All the personnel involved in our services (guide, driver, etc.) will wear a mask and gloves during the service.
If necessary, properly disinfected or single-use headsets / whispers / radioguides will be used.
The guide will remind the customers at the beginning of the service the preventive measures implemented and will urge that they be fulfilled by all the participants during the development of the service.
The distribution of printed material such as maps or brochures will be avoided.
Those forms of greeting and / or farewell that involve physical contact with the client will be avoided.
The use of cash will be limited as far as possible and the use of card or other electronic means will be prioritized in the collection and payment of services.
At the time of booking, the client will be sent a clarifying document of the preventive measures to be taken in terms of hygiene and safety during the development of the service, as well as information on the location and contact of the health care centers and emergencies where to go in case of symptoms compatible with COVID-19.
The symptoms of all the personnel involved in the service will be controlled, excluding and keeping in quarantine for 14 days those with fever or symptoms.
All the means of transportation involved with the services will be disinfected before and after each service and thoroughly washed every 24 hours.
It will be enough to have the voucher or reservation on your phone and it will not be necessary to print it.
To be taken into account for the guided tours in the Alhambra:
It is compulsory to show your ID card or original passport to enter the monument.
The service of luggage storage, baby carriers and vending machines will not be in operation.
It is not allowed to enter with backpacks or bags that exceed the size of 40x40 cm.
There will be dispensers of hydroalcoholic gel distributed throughout the monument.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification requests must be made through a message from the reservation page in MiReservaOnline.es so that there is a written record of the date and time of the request.
- 100% refund of the total amount of the reservation (less 22,50 € per person) for cancellations up to 5 days before the tour or service.
- 100% of the total amount of the reservation for cancellations less than 5 days before the visit or service.
